Fitter Formation has helped 100's of ladies to not only improve their physique, but also improve hormone levels - reduce symptoms of menopause, help aid better sleep, reduce Resting heart rate and improve skin.
Exercise guidelines, videos and ideas are included, that are suitable for busy lifestyles.
Resistance training is highly recommended as muscle increase will lead to a higher calorie burn at rest and a more toned appearance.
We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated, in order to reach your goals.
You will also be part of a group team of other members who are in the same boat, trying to improve their health and lifestyle.
As we all know its so hard to try a lose weight alone, or we achieve a weight loss but it always creeps back on.
So many diets on the market succeed but then fail when you go back to your old ways. This is because they are not sustainable- there is no quick fix- fad diets, juicing , all lead to a yo yo dieting effect which lowers your metabolism and actually stops breaking down fat stores. I have seen it all in my 25 years in the Fitness industry.

Your regular online check ins keep you on track- your stats are sent online for expert analysis, and the plan is tweaked to ensure you are succesful.
9 or 12 week packages are available - as well as 'add on blocks' for those wanting a longer programme.

We believe that life is too short to be calorie counting or worrying about what to choose.
So we make is simple- you are given guidelines as to how much and what to eat for each meal, these quickly become a part of your life and you get used to the amounts you should be consuming.
This makes it a long term sustainable programme that you can take away with you for life.
You will not be hungry and this won't feel like a diet- 5/6 small regular meals will be included.
Meal prepping is important for most people due to the fast lifestyles we have.
Having healthy delicious meals ready to go can benefit your weight loss plan.
Plans have been designed to be basic and simple, but can be tweaked depending on needs and requirements.
The Fitter Formation team will introduce you to various ways you can add variety to your meals, and show you ways that you can include your favorite foods into your healthy meal plans.
